Placements for the first batch of plastic engineering were very good. All the students were able to secure jobs but many opted for higher studies.
All the campus of CIPET big enough. Labs are equipped very well with best of the instruments. College library is very good and students can also make use of it. Other facilities like classrooms, seminar halls and washrooms are also good.
There are hostels available on-campus as well as off-campus. Mess food is damn cheap, Food is not very tasty but you can't expect a feast at this price.
Placements quite good.
Alumni gathering made with senior like M.Tech students to share our current scenarios in job & align with them too which helped all to get into college of career growth.
Manufacturing engineering has better scope than Biotechnology. Choosing a branch depends on your interest every branch has good scope it depends on your caliber.
If you have taken admission you don't have to worry about that just give your best.
Good Luck!!
Hi, Kindly mention the course you want to take admission in CIPET Lucknow?

This is approx.
All the best.
Hi, Yes you can go with plastic engineering. You are selecting a good option as the job opportunities for trained professionals in this field are immense, particularly with public sector organisations such as the ONGC, Oil India, polymer corporations of different states, petro-chemical research laboratories, and the Ministry of Petroleum and Chemicals. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
Hi, A bit formally, Plastic Engineering is about processing, designing, developing, and manufacturing plastic products. You can enroll themselves for ME or M.Tech degree in Plastic Engineering or related course. Some of the top recruiters are: Ministry of Petroleum,Natural Gas, Oil and Natural Gas Commission (ONGC) Oil India Laboratories, Petrochemicals Engineering Plants, Indian Institute of Petroleum, Polymers Corporations and more. Coming to scope, there are ample engineering courses which teach plastic technology or a broader branch, Polymers. So do not worry about the scope. It is vast. Go for it.
