Hello Deepa, don't worry you can make changes to your application, even after the final submission. According to the official website of Central Teaching Eligibility Test ( CTET), the candidate cannot make any changes to his/ her particulars after they have submitted the application and paid the fees.
Dear Anupama, please check if there is an option called 'Other' that you can choose from. If yes, please select 'Other'. This option is for those candidates to select from the list when their Board/Institution in which they studied is not in the mentioned list.
