Yes, they both are different tests. Central Universities Entrance Test is an entrance test for admission to UG and PG courses offered by various universities in India whereas Christ University Entrance Test is an entrance test conducted by Christ university itself for admission to it's courses.

There are 54 Central Universities in India right now including the University of Delhi (DU), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), and so on. There is a typical entry test for 13 recently settled Central Universities across various states. While this CUET has been conducted once every year in offline mode, the recently arranged Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUET 2022) will be conducted in internet-based mode(online mode) by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
