Yes, they both are different tests. Central Universities Entrance Test is an entrance test for admission to UG and PG courses offered by various universities in India whereas Christ University Entrance Test is an entrance test conducted by Christ university itself for admission to it's courses.

The cut off range for the central universities are generally high but this doesn't mean that can't be achieved but you need to follow proper strategy for that.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper .

There is no difference between CUET and CUCET. The full form of CUET is Common University Entrance Test which is the new name of Central University Common Entrance Test. National testing agency will conduct Common University Entrance Test.
The exam will be conducted in a computer-based mode (CBT) in 13 languages, namely Engish, Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Odia, Assamese, Gujarati, Marathi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil and Urdu. The question paper of CUET 2022 will include a compulsory language test, two domain-specific tests, and a general test.
CUET 2022 scores will be accepted by 53 Central Universities including Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Jamia Milia Islamia, Aligarh Muslim University, Visva Bharati University, Central University of Tamil Nadu, University of Hyderabad, Central University of Kerala, North Eastern Hill University, Central University of Punjab, among others. Approximately one lakh candidates are expected to appear for CUET 2022.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR PG ENTRANCE
Candidates applying for a master’s degree must possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university. Candidates applying for admission in the same field of Bachelor’s or different degree must have secured a minimum of 55 per cent (General)/ 50 per cent (SC/ST) to be eligible for CUET 2022.
