Hi, entrance exams for PhD of Central University of Haryana have their examination centers in Haryana itself. You can take a leave or two there are facilities available for you to stay. While you fill out your examination form you have an option to prioritize your location. Hope this helps.
Hi, as you know that any degree related to medicine needs too much time and attention. Not saying that you can not become one because you can. Almost every college entertains students who excel in sports as it brings name and fame to them. Like you there are several others who wanted to do it like you. If you have what it takes to be both than you will. Try to find out what another medical student named VVS Laxman did to become a cricketer maybe you could follow a similar path.
