Hi Gayaaz,
The UoH entrance examination is conducted every year by the University of Hyderabad for candidates seeking admission into the 5-year integrated Master’s degree programmes and other postgraduate degree programmes it offers. Along with the official notification, the university also releases the latest UoH entrance exam syllabus to help the candidates prepare for the entrance exam.
Now coming back to your question that if you have to study 11th syllabus too for UoH entrance exam then the answer is YES.
For example if you are going for the MSc in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics/Statistics, then below are some of the Mathematics chapters of class 11th you have to cover.
Sets
Sequences
Series
Differentiation
Coordinate Geometry of two and three dimensions
For M.sc Physics:
Mechanics
General properties of matter
Heat and thermodynamics
Wave motion
Similarly for other entrance of degrees too , few chapters of 11th will be there in the syllabus.
For detailed information about syllabus you can access the official site of University of Hyderabad Academics and Examination cell by clicking on the link below.

I hope this answer meets your expectations.
All the best for future endeavours!
There is not any such great difference between both the colleges wether it is private or affiliated to any university because there is a large number of colleges in India which belongs to both the categories. Only the few things which we can see difference is in the terms of Fees, us fees of completely private colleges are little bit higher compare to central University because it is run completely by that particular group of colleges without any external support. Now talking about the infrastructure than in this case you can find that private institutions has a little bit better infrastructure compare to central universities. Now the main that is Placement so in this there is no such comparing because wether the college is private or not if it is a top recognised and prestigious college than the records of placement remains the same and in both colleges we can find big companies approaching over there with s great package hence this is a little bit difference which you can observe between both mentioned categories.
Thank you..
