Every seat in college is disturbed between All India Counseling as well as state counseling. Few seats falls under All India category and few seats are reserved for State Counseling. If the seat remains vacant under All India Counseling, it gets revert back to the state counseling.

As Your marks in CUCET is less, so you are not eligible to get admission with the number which is scored by you. Central university of Tamil Nadu is one of the reputed institute which offers msc chemistry, so seats get full soon. You can search for more colleges

However they do offer M.SC in Computer Science, eligibility being :

Bachelor Degree in Science (CS/IT/Electronics with Mathematics) / BCA with a minimum of 55% marks for General /OBC candidates and 50% marks for SC/ST candidates in the qualifying
