Dear Sir/Ma'm, the qualifying cut-off for general category is 118-691 marks and for Scheduled Caste, Tribe and OBCs is 96-118 marks. However, crossing the qualifying cut-off alone doens't guarantee you a seat. With the aforesaid mark, it is possible to get a seat. You have to wait for the third round of counseling as you might have a chance then and not before that.

and for PSUs, It depends upon for which branch has you complete your b.tech.
