Yes, you do have a chance to get admission in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, for BPT.
Last year candidate with rank 1693 ( general category from Delhi) got admission for the course. Although cut offs vary slightly year to year but gour chances seem fairly high. But you might have to wait till the last few rounds.

I assume you are asking about delhi polytechnic exams closing score, cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, overall performance of students. as per previous years closing score, there is tough chances for govt college at this rank from general category.
