You might be not able to register due to technical glitches of the website. Sometimes too many candidates apply at the same time so error may happens due to very high traffic on the website. You should try to register after sometime you might be able to do that. The registration date for CGDME is from Nov6 to nov14 so you have enough time now also. If the technical issues remain same and it is happening all the time with all students then the responsible authority will try to make it work or otherwise if issue get not resolved on time then they might extend the date. So you should keep trying always because there are very less chances that any registration date get extended. You should keep visiting and try to register on CGDME.

The site has started working since yesterday, The deadline for registration and submission of choices has been extended till 12 noon of 15th Nov. However, there is a change and now the supporting documents need not be uploaded but those have to be emailed to CGDME on cgdme.counseling@gmail.com
