Not really. OU, JNTUH - admissions will be through TS PGECET. However GATE qualified candidates need not appear for the entrance test. They will have a separate application process and will be given preference over TS PGECET candidates. Applications will be common through TS PGECET website. Pls check that.

To get free seat at CBIT, you need to get rank below 10,000 in TS Eamcet
Chances should be above average with this score to get seat in Govt colleges in the same and decent in private colleges. So I would suggest you to try for both. Good Luck!!!
