No, you cannot get fees reimbursement if you join through JEE Mains Rank in Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, Gandipet. Only students taking admission through TS EAMCET Counselling will be eligible for fees reimbursement. If you take admission through B-Category then you need to pay full fees without any concession or reimbursement.
If you take admission through TS EAMCET Counselling in A Category then you need to pay Rs. 3.8 Lakhs for four years, if you are eligible for fees reimbursement then you can get full/ partial fees reimbursement based on your eligibility. Accoriding to your query, if you get Vasavi CSE in 2nd phase of counselling it is not considered as internal sliding.
Internal sliding means the students who wants to change their domain or discipline in the alloted college are supposed to submit their choices on the reporting day of college or admission day and it depends on the number of vacancies.
Internal sliding is only applicable in the alloted college in counselling. You can only change your discipline.
But getting a domain in 2nd counselling in the same college is not considered as Internal sliding.
2nd phase of counselling is opted for those who still have a hope to get an admission in a better domain in a better college.

so for that you first appear for counselling of jee main conducted by jossa . so fill your college preferance wisely and fill this college and you able to get this college

you have a chance to get the cbit with cse as branch so for that you first need to appear in jee main counselling process which is conducted by jossa and you need to fill your college preferances wisely and give cbit as your top preferance so that you will able to get this college
