Coming to branch cse branch is very much better than the it branch.

And coming to college CBIT or VASAVI colleges are better than VNR colleges.

Actually for your EAMCET RANK you can directly get into cbit college cse but still if u don't get the seat and want to prefer cse under b category then you can ho through jee mains rank and fir your rank i.e 25 k in jee mains you can easily get a b category seat in cbit cse branch

Admission into CBIT Hyderabad into Undergraduate courses is through TS-EAMCET for the 70% of the seats.
All the eligible applicants for admission into First Year shall have to qualify in the EAMCET Examination conducted by the Govt. of Telangana. The candidates will be admitted strictly in accordance with the merit secured at the Entrance Examination keeping in view the rules in force regarding the reservations of seats of various categories of candidates.

For the remaining 30% of seats (under management quota) shall be filled on the basis of rank obtained in JEE mains, EAMCET and IPE or equivalent. For getting under this category, the student must secure not less than 50% in aggregate or in group subjects (Maths, Physics and Chemistry) in the 10+2 qualifying examination or as per the govt. norms.

Firstly I would like to inform you that CBIT  does not accept JEE Mains score to give admission to students.  Admission in CBIT is possible their EAMCET which is conducted by JNUTH. I would suggest you that you should try and apply in those colleges that accept JEE Mains score.  Otherwise attempt the test I told you about that is EAMCET . There also you have you score quiet well in order to get admission in CBIT. All the best!
