Hello Aspirant,
It is not possible to provide you an exact list of colleges based on your rank because cut-off keeps on changing depending upon various factors such as :
** Number of candidates appeared for examination.
** Top score for that particular year.
** Total number of seats available.
Based on previous years (2019) allotment of seats, on such rank you have very low chances to get top 10 colleges in Hyderabad but you can go for enlisted colleges of Hyderabad like :-
HYDERABAD INST OF TECHNOLOGY AND MGMT MEDCHAL
O U COLLEGE OF TECH HYDERABAD, HYDERABAD
MATRUSRI ENGINEERING COLLEGE HYDERABAD

Definitely Mechanical at NIT Warangal over any other College. NIT Warangal, more than its brand of being one of the best NITs, has a strong employer and academic outlook having excellent faculty, infrastructure and placements, especially for the Mechanical Branch. After NITT, IITM, RVCE and IITH, NIT Warangal Mechanical is one of the best in South India.
