In 2019 the cut off to get seat in MCA in Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology for general category was 3773. Considering the previous year cut off it is difficult to get seat in CBIT in preferred branch. Depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of examination and number of seats available etc.
There are total 120 seats for M.C.A in Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT), Hyderabad. Master of Computer Application (M.C.A.) is a three years full-time course offered by Osmania University, Hyderabad and Approved by AICTE. CBIT is an autonomous institution approved by AICTE. It was established in 1979 and was affiliated to Osmania University, Hyderabad. The candidates will be admitted strictly in accordance with the merit secured at the ICET.
Definitely go for CBIT CSE(unless you are really interested about ECE).Because in tier-3 colleges there will be very less number of core companies coming for campus recruitment.Also ECE is a tougher subject when compared to CSE .S o if you want to go towards software then opt CSE .

Nevertheless, if this is your TS EAMCET rank and you wish to pursue B.Tech from CBIT then you have great chances for admission.

As per the information available in the official website of Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology ( http://202.65.141.232/?q=admission/fee-details ) the fee for MBA course is Rs. 43000 per annum under convener quota and Management quota as well. This is based on the fee structure for the academic year 2018-19. This is the tuition fee that you have to pay if you do not get any fee reimbursment.

Considering the cut off you may not get seat in CBIT whatever the course you have opted. But cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
To get seat based on your TS ICET score then yes, you should apply for the counselling. A notification will be released regarding the counselling along with the schedule. You need to register for the counselling by paying the processing fee. And get your certificates verified. After verification you will have to exercise web options in the candidate login portal and save it. Based on your rank, preferences and seat availability you will be allotted a seat. If you are satisfied with the seat allotment you can accept it in online and report in the allotted college and pay the fee. Chaitanya Bharathi institute of technology is one of the college.The duration of mca course is 2 years and the total fee structure of MCA in CBIT is 2.46L.The placement structure of MCA is really good.Many top recruiting companies visit this campus every year.But here Engineering student have more priority than MCA students. If you didn't get a seat in first round don't worry still you have a round to get into that college .
But try to put a backup option other than cbit as some times cutoffs tend to change every year based on various factors.

As per your concern, you can definitely avail the refund from the College as you are not interested in joining cbit.
You need to contact the respective college for the procedure to apply for refund.
As you mentioned that your rank in TS EAMCET is 41760 and you belong to Bc-b category.
Yes you can get admission into CBIT in BIOTECHNOLOGY engineering.
