It is good that you got 2000 rank in TS EAMCET but you may or may not get a seat in CBIT but not your desired branch . To get a seat in CSE you need to get a minimum of 1500 rank and that is not confirm .

Yes you can purchase seats in MGIT & CBIT colleges through management quota. If you want to book your seat in MGIT and CBIT colleges then you have to pay extra fees for admission in this colleges to the the brokers who to help to get a seat through management

However, you can get admission into CBIT as they provide admission through JEE main examination scores under b-category admission criteria.

see I assume you are asking about whether you can go for management quota. see every private colleges has some management quota reserved for candidates, however fees structure is high and varies from college to college. so I suggest you to directly contact with college relating about fees structure

You have to search for it. There is very less possibility. You can apply for scholarship in institute level, State level and central level. Police department is an organization and scholarship provision might not be there. better to check it out from seniors or teachers. They might have known
