i am resident of Bihar from ebc category but completed 10+2 from rbse . can I get ews quota in nit Patna and cnlu Patna . plz reply me

Hey there

If you come under ews then you will be benefitted with quota but you will not be considered for home state quota in Bihar and thus your home state will be Rajasthan.
