yes you are egligible for chandigarh quota because in jee mains the home state quota depends on from which state are you clearing your 12th board that will be your home state quota.

Based on your rank and assuming you're general category getting into GFTIs would be really tough for you but there's a slight chance you can get admission through home state quota but you won't
