Corporate Accounting and Financial Analysis with a B.Com (H) and a CMA, USA -

This programme provides the degree bearer with a solid foundation in management accounting and financial management as well as worldwide reputation. The pupils will have numerous opportunities for career advancement. Leadership abilities, an international viewpoint, access to an elite professional network, and academic edge are other advantages of the degree (2 parts, single-level examination, and objective-pattern examination).

GGSC Chandigarh -

According to the review of students - The college has no placement cell for BCOM course. Overall experience is good and placement of other branches is moderate.

So in my opinion you should go for Graphic Era Dehradun. You’re getting to choose from two good courses from there. The review is good. Also, the environment is quite good compared to Chandigarh.

If your birth place state is Haryana and you are resident of Chandigardh done your 11 and 12 Qualification, Then your local status is considered to be Haryana state because, The candidate who have done their educational institutions from 1 class to 10th class so, their local status considered to be in that state

And rest of 11 and 12 done in Chandigarh is not to be considered as your local status. So, In NEET your state Quota will be your haryana state not Chandigarh.
