Your percentage is not so fine hope you are willing yo admit that. Since score play a major role in allotments of seat so you won't be getting good government colleges however you can try for home state college as there are aome reservation for home state quota as well

Many private colleges have a reserved seat count of approximately 10-15%. These seats are known as management quota. There is no kind of reservation for such seats and everyone could apply to them. However, fees on such seats is usually higher than normal fees.
