It is known for its students, placements, research, and infrastructure especially Computer Science Engineering department put their steps towards Software industry with a very firm grip and diverse skills of technologies.  The median package offered here is around 7 lakh.

According to careers360 Chandigarh University got 4.2 rating out of 5. And placement rating as 4 out of 5. In 2020 total 122 companies visited for CSE and IT branches more then 2030 students are selected. Highest salary package is 35 LPA.

According to careers360 North cap University got 4 rating out 5. And placement rating as 3.4 out of 5. In 2020 318 B. tech students got placements

Both college are good. But comparing the placements in Chandigarh university more students got placed then comparing to North cap

In Nc university overall b. tech only 318 students got placed but in Chandigarh only in CSE and IT branches 2030 students got placed
