which is best for Btech Mechatronics parul or Chandigarh university

ayanmukherjee045 27th Jul, 2021

Dear aspirant,

As you have mentioned about the mechatronics branch so I would judge the college on the basis of three main things which are placements , faculty, infrastructure.

Firstly about placements undoubtedly Chandigarh university does have an upper hand over parul university if placements is considered. Various multi national companies visit the campus like Amazon, microsoft and other tech giants whereas in parul university the placements are a bit lower and bulk hiring companies comes for placements.

For faculty and infrastructure , both the colleges have an equal score in that. Well educators teach in these institutions.

Chandigarh University for BTech computer science is good or bad

Atul Singh 26th Jul, 2021

Dear Student,

After visiting the colleges like Thapar, Bits, PEC, KIIT and you haven't got any college then yes Chandigarh University is somewhere good, it is similar to LPU, Amity, Sharda in terms of students, placement, infrastructure, and faculty.

There are around 12K students in CSE branch in this campus so getting CSE is not a big deal in this college.

One thing you need to know that about this college is that is around 30Km far from the Chandigarh and situated in some rural area, location is very bad you can't even find the good place to hangout, there is mall which is around 12km away from the campus.

Infrastructure is very good in this college, beautifuls gardens and multiple blocks but the faculty is not much attentive. As it is new and it is growing rapidly as many top MNC's are stared visiting the campus.

There is too much crowd of the Punjabi and Haryanvi people who have just taken admission in a random course but don't have any knowledge about that so it will be difficult to find the enthusiastic group who will help in projects.

As you are getting CSE and you have decided to take admission in Chandigarh University the I would suggest you to look other campuses also, now its up to you whether you take admission or not.

Best Of Luck!!!!

what is the jee cu off for sit. can i get cse with 60 percentile marks

Akash Singh 25th Jul, 2021

Hi Swastik,

Symbiosis institute of technology, pune does not release cutoff so it will be very very difficult to comment anything with accuracy.

What you have to do is, you have to attend the physical counselling and if your score in JEE Main is upto the good range for them, you will be called for further admission procedures.

Now if talk about the Computer science and engineering cutoff for SIT, Pune then it has been found that a JEE Main score around 110 can fetch you a CSE seat in SIT Pune.

Now for 110 marks in JEE Main your percentile should be somewhere around 93.99. You can check marks vs percentile by going through our rank predictor tool. Below I am pasting the link for it.

https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor

Now, if we look at the percentile you have mentioned in the question it seems unfortunately you will be missing the CSE seat of SIT Pune.

I hope this information helps you.

To check the personalised list of the colleges colleges that you can get on your rank range, you can go through the link below.
