Hello

Bhagat Singh College would be better since the timings are from 2:30 to 6:30 so if you are also preparing for CA then it wont be much difficult to manage time also the morning and evening share same building,canteen,socities,etc.

In order to pursue ca ipcc, you need to secure atleast 55% of the total marks or its equivalent from commerce undergraduate course of 3 years. They also have to pass ICWAI and SCI intermediate level exam. Since you do not have the required marks, unfortunately you are not
