Yes, you can go for Charter Accountant after doing your graduation. You need minimum 50% in graduation.
After this you will have to pass a common proficiency test (CPT) and after passing this you will have to register for the Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC).

To get admission in CA inter course, the students must have a minimum of 55% in B.Com.

Also, it depends upon institutes, what criteria they have set.
