Well, doing llb with ca would be a good option.. you will get a good opportunity to learn both the things together and also you will have wide scope in future.. only thing is you need to manage both The courses by giving equal time and it can only happen if you set a schedule.. you can apply for the college as per you marks and take the admission .. and side by side you can do your CA Foundation course!!

there is direct entry scheme available under chartered accountancy course under which once the person complete his/ her graduation, such person need not have to appear for the entrance exam that means the graduated person can directly appear for ipcc examination. 

however, you have not compleetd you graduation and hence you have two options. first is to wait for completion of  graduation and then apply for ipcc and second option is to appear for the ca entrance before completing graduation.

CA Foundation Registration Fee. Registration feesfor the CA Foundation course are Rs 9000/- plus Rs 200/- cost of prospectus plus Rs 200/- (optional) for student's journal. ICAI issues CA Foundation registration letter for the students who have registered for this course.

I suggest you to choose Shyam Prasad Mukherjee college over DU SOL. It has a good rating of 3.7/5. The infrastructure is very good with well maintained classrooms and labs. It depends on the fact that whether KU conducts regular classes or not. IGNOU do not conduct regular classes I believe. You will be devoting a lot of time in your CA preparation and that will also help you in preparing for your Bcom exams. You may not be able to attend a lot of classes for Bcom so choose the institution which will not create attendance an issue.

The student who wished to make a career as a CA was required to register with the ICAI Institute and then was needed to appear for the CPT exam. This criteria was also for the students who has completed the Graduation. They were also needed to give a CPT exam.

From August 2012 ICAI have introduced a Direct Entry Scheme for the students who have completed the Graduation Degree. A Graduate student no more need to give an CPT exam. They can get into Intermediate course directly after graduation.

In order to be eligible for the Direct Entry Scheme a student completing a Graduation Degree other than from commerce needs to have at least 60% in the Graduation and then only they can get admission for the Direct Entry Scheme. Graduation to be complete from the Government Recognised university.
