i study pcm in 12 can i go in ca field if yes can it be benefical

Ayush shalya 4th Jun, 2019

Hii Tarun,

If you want to choose your carrier as a CA then you can, it doesn't matter that you had PCM or Commerce in your 12th.

As you are asking about it will be beneficial or not, then its all depend on you and on your hard work. But as a CA you will definetely get a good package.

For CA, first of all you have to appear for foundation exam, this exam conducts two times per year in the month of December or May. Aftet that IPCC which has two groups i.e Group - 1 and Group-2 after clearing both the groups you have to do 3 year training and after all of this you have to appear for final exam.

I hope you got your answer and helps you to make your choice.

All the best..

I am pursuing ca . should i do bcom from bhagat singh evening college or bcom( hons) from du sol?

tyagi2001ayush_9087518 Student Expert 14th Jul, 2019
Hello dear aspirant

I will suggest you to opt for B.Com from Bhagat singh evening college. I have seen many students of Delhi university who manages both the tasks at the same time,  they prepare for their CA exams along with doing B.com.
The value of B. Com from Bhagat singh college is much more than that from DU SOL.

Hope I am clear

Which one is best b.com or b.ca On the point of todays world

Paridhi Jain 3rd Jun, 2019

Hey Bushra,

First of all it truly depends on your interest and scope. Today both of them have a great scope and you find equal job opportunities. If you are interested in programming languages or want to persue computer related course then opt for Bca, it is very good line and you could find it to be your dream career without taking science stream. Now if you are interested in compettetive exams like UPSE, etc then you should prefer b-com. Make your decision wisely. Hope you find it useful.

Thank you.

What about professional studies apart from ca, cs like cma, cpf, CFA etc

Preksha Ghanathay 2nd Jun, 2019

Hello Aspirant,

I understand that opting for CA or CS like courses needs guts, dedication and proper understanding of each and every concept.

You can simply go for short term certified professional courses like CCA(Certified Corporate Accountant), CCP(Certified Corporate Professionals) or Tally ERP 9.0 with GST as they are trending these days because of the implementation of GST in India.
Hope this information is helpful!!!

Ranveer Yadav 1st Jun, 2019

Hello Vidhi,

Since SOL is a part of University of Delhi and gives you the same degree as given to any regular student by the name of University of Delhi. So without any fear you can opt for SOL.

SOL is also known as School of Open Learning which is made for the one's like you only who can't attend full 3 year course and want to do something simultaneously as you are preparing for CA.

I Hope you do well in future and become an asset for the country.

Do the people doing CA get some sort of concession for attendance in Jai Hind College?

abhikshaw100_9176398 Student Expert 31st May, 2019

Hey Chaitanya,

There are no such concessions given by the college faculty for the students pursuing CA.However on the day of  admit card collection you may be alloted a seperate date if you have CA exams on the original date of admit card collection. You may opt for other colleges with less attendance issues if you are very much focussed on CA apart form B.com.The principal/director/head of the faculty may also help you regarding these issues

Good luck!

I got only 76 % in HSC . What are the different carriers other than Engg , Medical and CA.

sudeepta 30th May, 2019
There are number of career options and degree courses to pursue. The important thing is what you like personally.Your career options should based on what you like. There are fields like law, design, journalism, honours in individual subjects of your choice in fields of Science ,Arts and many more. There are multiple entrance tests, admission tests for these fields...so yes your percentage in boards is not the ultimate to determine your furure! And your percentage is enough to be eligible to appear for the entrance examinations. If you are interested in research..you can give it a thought as well. And ofcourse you can sit for examinations of goverment jobs after doing a simple bachelor degree.

Management is also a good career option-Hotel management, hospital management etc.You can also become a chef,  work in bank and what not.Aviation is also a good profession .So there are numerous sectors you can work in.Explore and know yourself more to choose a perfect career for yourself.
Wish you all the best!!

Thank you.

I am pursuing ca . should i do bcom with shyam prasad mukherjee, pgdav( evening) or du sol?

kashishjuneja2000_8032841 Student Expert 9th Jul, 2019

Hey,

i would say shyam prasad mukherjee college is a better option. You should try getting a morning college as evening colleges are not that good and also not safe for girls. You can pursue ca along with it as there is not much issue of attendance in this college. You can go to college teice a week and prepare for ca .
