which is best job chartered accountant (CA) or MBA HR?

Sohamsengupta8 28th Apr, 2021

Hello Student,

Actually in this time we also have a professional degree to get job easily. In that factor Chartered accountancy and masters of business administration in human resource department are two best options.

To become a CA you have to give CPT after 10 plus 2 level or if you have a graduation degree you have to register in IPCC.

And in the another hand you have to give some examinations t0 get admitted in top MBA colleges.

CA is comparatively difficult from MBA . Passing rate is only 3- 5% in CA while on the other hand about 80% of students after completing his or her MBA can get a good job. The job field is also larger in in mba.

But if we come to that salary topic, the average salary package of any CA is about 6 to 7 lakh. While for MBA nature salary can be 3-7 lpa avg.

However you should go along with your interest. Go to the article below to know more

which course should someone do acca or cima?

Vibhanshu 24th Apr, 2021

Hello Sanvi,

The ACCA in comparison tends to be more focused on financial accounting and technical practices of accountancy. Industry evidence suggests that the ACCA will give you a stronger grounding in accounting principles than CIMA but at the cost of management reporting and corporate strategy.

In comparison to ACCA, CIMA combines business acumen with financial management, cost management, and financial management. There is a strong focus on performance management and strategy. CIMA qualification covers more management accounting, more business strategy and more financial strategy material than the ACCA syllabus.

CIMA focuses on the management and strategic aspects of a business, whereas ACCA focuses more on the technical side, such as auditing and tax accounting.
CIMA works together with the company’s management, whereas ACCA usually deals with external parties, such as shareholders and potential investors.

BCA+CA or BCA+CS which is best for future? what is the duration of this?

Vibhanshu 7th Mar, 2021

Hi,

The thing you must consider is that you will be given designation of CA after completing all the three levels of CA which are foundation level exam, Intermediate level and articleship, and final level. This course of Chartered accountacy is completed in 5 years roughly whereas Company Secretary (CS) course is a 3 years professional level undergraduate course. And you can pursue CA and CS simultaneously. Both CA and CS are good for your future, the thing is what you decides matters the most. Both credentials offer different opportunities, but in most cases a CA can do everything that a CS can do. Thus, if you are going to get one certification, you are better off just becoming a chartered accountant.
