Hello Aspirant,
Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test , generally called EAMCET, is an entrance examination geared out individually in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for access to numerous academies in both the states in the courses of Engineering, Medicine and Agriculture.
This exam is only for AP and Telangana native students. So, you are not eligible.
I hope it helps.
Thank you.
Hi Jatin! JEE means score is valid all over India and is extended to all the colleges in the India which offer B.Tech programs. So if your Son achieves good marks in the JEE Mains and also good rank then he can get admission in the top institutes of the India which offer Btech programs such as National Institute of Technology, DelhiTechnical University, VIT Vellore, SRM Chennai, UPES, Delhi University, etc. Also, his main score will be valid in all the colleges of Chattisgarh. But if he wished to write a separate entrance exam for a specific university, then he can do so, as a backup plan.
Thankyou!

Hi aspirant,
To be eligible for 85 percent state reservation one needs to fulfill the required criteria set up by state authorities. The criteria for both states are mentioned below:

Candidates must have passed Class 12 from an Educational Institution affiliated to the Chattisgarh Board, or any other board recognized by the state administration.
Parent/s of the candidate must be employees of the Central Govt. or the Govt. of Chattisgarh and must be living in the state.

Hello there,
Hope you are doing well . See, as per the domicile criteria for Chattisgarh,a candidate will only be considered a native of Chattisgarh if he /she has passed Class 12 board from an Educational Institute affiliated to Chattisgarh board or any other board recognised by the state administration.
Since you mentioned that you have completed Class 10 th to 12 th from Kota, Rajasthan ,you'll not be considered a native of Chattisgarh. For further details please visit the link below :

Also , you can contact the state counselling authority of Chattisgarh through the phone number on their website or e-mail and ask them the same .Here's their official website link :

Hello,
I assume you're asking which category has more benefits in terms of reservation. According to this OBC category is more beneficial as recently the reservation has been lifted from 13 percent to 27 percent for OBCs which certainly will increase the chances of getting into a medical college. On the other hand, EWS reservation is quite low as compared to OBC reservation and may not help much in terms of getting a seat.
Hope you find this useful.
All the best.
