My suggestion is you should try. they are a lot of change is you get the college.

but get Cs/IT/EC is difficult but not impossible.

Since you have got 84 percentile in JEE Mains  under OBC-NCL category , you are eligible to get a seat in NITs . But it is actually hard to tell that exactly which branch you will get as cutoffs for branches differs from one NIT to another .
