There is no necessity to study chemical engineering first to pursue your dream career in petrochemical engineering.

There are lots of colleges who offer BTech courses in that field as well.

• Sgsits Indore 
• MITS Gwalior 
• Ujjain Engineering college

Well to get colleges through JEE Main score one needs to first clear the cutoff as per your category. The 2019 JEE Main cutoff for SC is 54.01 perecntile, whereas you have got 97 percentile which is much higher than the required. So you are JEE Main qualified.
