Reservation for EWS category is being provided for the first time by NTA in JEE Main exam therefore it would be difficult to tell you about your chances of admission as previous year cutoffs for EWS category is not available.

According to your score, chances would be less of admission to IIT or NITs. You have chance in M.Tech Mineral Engineering in Indian Institute of Technology Indian School of Mines Dhanbad.

As per your marks and ranks you have a fare chance to get admission in higher ranked NITs such as NIT Surathkal,NIT Warangal,NIT Trichy,NIT Allahabad,etc and you also have the chance to pursue M.Tech in IITs but lower ranked.So,it's on your choice where to go for M.Tech.
