Basded on last year cut off trends, you have got good chance to get chemical engineering in this college. The cut off rank being 47333.

No there is no difference in them. B Chem Engg is same as BTech in Chem Engg .

But Bachelor of Engineering in chemical is different( BE Chemical Engg ) which is provided in BITS i suppose.

Overall scenario of placements for any chemical engineering is not that good compared to other branches. This college is not that great. I don't think placements will be that good.

You have not mentioned the category, if it's general I'm sorry but there is no chance of getting. If you belong to home state category in Agartala or arunachal Pradesh there is a chance of getting chemical engineering there as the cutoffs crossed 120000. But it is very difficult
