In case you are interested in pursuing Chemical Technology, ICT is one of the best institutes all over India, with good infrastructure, faculty and research facilities at par with eminent Chemical Engineering Departments in institutes like IIT Bombay.

please tell me last year cut off for government college of engineering ,karad ( E&TC) branch and VIT , Pune ( Chemical Engineering branch ) for EWS category I searched alot but I didnt find cut off for ews category and suggesh both them which wii be better

Government Engineering College Karad Maharashtra for E&TC branch cut off for last year was by 22 560/12119/23160

For VIT Pune chemical

engineering branch cut off last year was 22258.

You may have some chances of getting admission in Chemical engineering in a government college solely on the JEE MAINS percentile that you have achieved. The performance of yours in MHT CET is underperformed or rather quite dismal and hence it is highly unlikely that you will get

According to the need of the industry the placements are better in electronics and communication engineering as compared to chemical engineering. Also the average and the highest package in electronics and communication engineering is higher than in chemical engineering. But i would suggest you to choose a branch
