If you consider previous Years cutoffs then You may get admission in new IITs like gandhinagar or Jodhpur, but chances are bleak for Mtech.
You Might get in MS program in new IIT's or old IIT's too.
Other than these you can get NIT's but can get Pollution

If we look at the opening and closing scores of previous year Gate admissions, you might get a seat in one of the old IITs for chemical engineering as they have scores in 500+ and you have that.

see cutoff score changes every year and cutoff for psus depends on number of vacancy , students category, seat matrix, questions difficulty level etc. since there is very less vacancies comes for chemical engineering compare to electrical and mechanical, psus like iocl, ongc, bpcl, nlu hires for chemical engineers.

Without any reservation it will be almost impossible for you to get into chemical engineering or maybe any other engineering branch in NITs as your rank will be near 70000 which is too high for NITs for a general category student.

It varies year to year and depends upon the vacancies available .For chemical engineers to get job in PSUs like HPCL,GAIL,BPCL,IOCL the rank in gate should be below 100 for general category.However for OBC it may goes upto around 140.
