Yes its possible to pursue Msc chemistry through correspondence but onlt think is that you will have to start it from 1st year of your post graduation. You will not be allowed to continue after your backlog.

The eligibility criteria for admission in BBA LLb course is different in each institute. In some institutes you need minimum 45% aggregate and in some you require a minimum 50% aggregate of all subjects in your 12th boards. Some colleges also have a condition of passing each subject
