For physics you can follow DC Pandey's book and HC Verma.
For Chemistry you can follow Arihant Publication. I would recommend you to read Organic chemistry from the book written by Paula Y. Bruice - it's such a lucid and interesting book.

Sorry, but he would not be eligible for any of the three medical entrances ie., NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER in India as Physics, Chemistry and Biology are subjects compulsory at the +2 level.

Yes you can even you can score more than your estimate if you go throughly.
