For getting M.Sc courses in IIT Madras you should have a good score in JAM (Joint Admission Test for M.Sc).
Also you should have good percentage in B.Sc for appearing and getting shortlisted in JAM.

As your rank under SC category for prep. course is 457, which is a bit low, your chances are very less. You'll have to wait. The seats for prep. courses are very low. So, you have to go through the allotment process and see for yourselves. And,

To get admissions in NIT minimum of 75% in board exams is required. So NIT will not be awarded neither IIIT will be awarded becoz they follow same criteria. You may look for some state or private college.
