Hello Sam, Yes there is a minimum marks criteria for kcet ranking, you should have an aggregate of 45% in three subjects in the qualifying exam. IF you have scored less in your chemistry paper, then instead of chemistry biology, biotechnology, computer science would be considered for aggregate marks.

Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam)

Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) (with Chemistry) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST 
OR 

In case marks scored in Bachelor’s Degree are 70% or above, then LPUNEST will be exempted and a candidate may apply for admission eligibility

Yes dear. You are eligible for the GGSIPU college. The eligibility criteria for the college is 55% aggregate in Maths, Physics and Chemistry and the candidate should also individually pass in each subject. And you clearly satisfy both the criteria.

They do not see the average but you must score the qualified percentage in each subject.
Once you have submitted your form for NEET it cannot be refund.
