See the options differ if you are going for BSC in Biotechnology PCB marks will be considered and if you are opting BE or Btech in biotechnology PCM marks will be taken into consideration. Irrespective of branche you are going to opt in engineering PCM marks is calculated.

The General conception backs the belief of mugging  of inorganic chem. but it has great topics and you could easily predict results only by knowing a few logic based concept. as far as books are concerned the standard book i would recommend is Concise inorganic chemistry by J D lee.

If you have 60% aggregate marks in pcm in class 12th board exams  ( all taken together ) then only you are eligible for admission in Tolani Maritime Institute.
But it don't looks like you have 60% aggregate marks in class 12th board exams so you are not eligible
