Yes, you can qualify for JEE Main if you score zero marks in chemistry as there is no sectional cut off in the exam but if you want to score good marks in your exam to get admission in top NITs you have to perform well in all the sections.

Yes.
But you have to work on Maths.
I suggest you study it from NCERT first and then move to objective booms for BITSAT/VITEEE . That'll surely help

You should refer to NCERT books first for your preparation to clear your concepts. 

After, completing your NCERT you can refer to OP Tandon and JD Lee.

Make sure you refer to previous year questions as well for your practice.
