Firstly make short notes of that topic Or underline the important points in NCERT book.Then try to write and practice it several times.Don't try to memorise it.Practice examples and learn the topics.You have to be very confident while attempting the questions...

Yes it's a really good but i would rather suggest you to focus on ncert for clearing your basic concepts of organic chemistry.You can also refer to op. tondon for organic chemistry as this better one.
