For NEET you need to be well prepared with NCERT.
For chemistry concepts proper explanation along with MCQs, I recommend ABC's chemistry. You can also use other books youre comfortable with like Pradeeps chemistry etc.

80-90% of questions are directly or indirectly from ncert..so you should be stay focused on ncert
Just don't do extra stuff just focus on ncert
In chemistry inorganic and organic 90-95% questions have a direct relation with ncert

No,you cannot do that as B.Sc and BA both are different fields so you will have to take admission in 1st year for BA and if you want to do your graduation in B.Sc then you will have to continue it in third year as well. S it is advisable
