No, you are not eligible for FSSAI CFSO exam . only candidates having bachelor degree in following fields are eligible:
Degree in Food Technology or Dairy Technology, Oil Technology, Biotechnology, Agricultural Sciences, Food Technology, Microbiology.
OR

Masters Degree in Chemistry or medicine .
