Since you are not passed in chemistry ( passing marrks are 33) , your application will be rejected during the document verification in counselling and you'll end up not getting your BAMS seat.

The topics of JEE Main and Advance are 95% same. Topics such as Mathematical Reasoning, Semiconductors, etc. are excluded from Advance Syllabus. However, nothing is excluded from chemistry. So you gotta study everything in Chemistry.

Regarding your query, I'm really sorry to inform you that even if your NEET UG'22 marks are exceptionally good, still you can't get any chance in AFMC, because your 10+2 marks haven't fulfilled the eligibility criteria of these particular colleges.
