well you can apply in webjee but there is a condition that on your marksheet chemestry failure is not mentioned as well as you have to work very hard to be appear in webjee

1. Student must have passed 12th with an aggregate of 50% or above in any stream.

2.  Student can be of from any stream but with  Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
