In JEE mains you will need aggregate of 60% marks to be eligible for JEE mains and in addition to this you must also have to pass in all the other subjects in your qualifying examination.

YES, you can opt for Bsc Computer Science along with Physics and Maths as your subjects, so in this you'll not have to choose or study Chemistry in Bsc.

If you are opting for BSc computer science then you can take Physics and Mathematics as your General Elective
