If you wish to go for the course of Information Technology such as BTech or BSc, for both the courses Mathematics is required as a compulsory subject in 10+2 course. So you can't do the course in most of the colleges.
I would say, you should check the eligibility condition
See in Case of NEET you are required to pass the Physics /Chemistry /Biology compulsorily all the subjects and the aggregate must be greater than 50% for PCB. So if you fail in chemistry you are not eligible for NEET.
