It depends upon the mind of an individual. If you are interested in getting a job after Bachelor of Science I chemistry then you can go with MBA Or MCA.
If you are interested in studying further or teaching in schools then I would suggest you go with MSC.
As you have mentioned that you are pursuing or have done Bsc chemistry then you might feel issues while studying in the MCA course. It depends upon the will of the student.
See, If you are interested in IT Industry and wants to make your career in it then go for it.
Else, MBA is a better option for grabbing a good package job. Skills do matter the most irrespective of the field.
On the safe side, I would prefer you to go with MBA.
