See percentage which is considered for determining the eligibility for JEE-Advance is of overall class 12th result not for best scoring subjects so your overall percentage matters however for this year the percentage criteria has been relaxed and even if you have scored less than 75% then also

Hello sir, i got 43 in physics 45 in chemistry and i have 54% in aggregate pcb and i have grace marks in physics and chemistry. Can i get admission in any medical college from state quota assam?

Admission for medicine in state quota is via NEET exam.  Your 12marks or grace mark have no role in neet exam. As you mentioned physics and chemistry marks you need to mention biology mark to get an idea about total mark. Admission is based on neet rank in state quota.

First of all there's no 75% requirement to be eligible for jee main, it's only to be eligible for NITs, IIITs & CFTIs but even for these this year it's not there.
