Yes, you are eligible to study Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) after passing 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board. Your marks in maths is not considered for Neet eligibility so it's completely ok even if you have failed in maths examination in your class 12th

It depends on the type of higher studies you want to pursue.

If you score well in Physics, Mathematics, English and Hindi and score only passing marks in Chemistry, you can score good a percentage in your ISC examination.
