Hope you are doing great!As you have passed in 5 subjects and 40 marks in physics it doesn't matter .the eligibility criteria for bsc agriculture is 50 percent aggregated marks so with low marks in physics you can take admission in bsc agriculture.

Hope you are doing well and if you got 35marks in MSc chemistry entrance however the marks are not fully satisfied but where there is a will there is a way never loose hope ,fingers crossed try it once ,you have very less chance to get seat but
October 10, 2021 is the last date for NEET phase-2 registration. And there won't be any correction facility that would be opened later it seems. So if by any means you can change your marks in the Registration form it would be good.

To answer your question, going by the NCERT, there are 29 chapters in Physics for NEET syllabus which includes 15 chapters from class XI syllabus and 14 chapters from class XII syllabus.
Likewise, NCERT mentions 30 chapters for Chemistry syllabus, out of which 14 come under class XI
