As you have mentioned that you got enrolled in B.Sc Hons. and you don't have Physics in your course then your highest qualification will be considered as 10+2 and in this case as per the rules the NEET qualification code which you should use is 2.

For studying biology in college, your daughter needs to opt for Science stream in class 11th.

The subject choice which she can fill is- Biology+ Physics+ Chemistry+ English+ any other optional subject like Mathematics/Hindi/Computer Science/ Physical Education.
